Pilates Tower
The Pilates Tower is a versatile piece of equipment designed to strengthen, lengthen and align the body through spring-based resistance. Built with a stable mat base and an upright frame with adjustable springs, bars and straps, the Tower supports precise, controlled movement that challenges your core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility.

Private Classes
We offer private Pilates classes using the Tower or Mat, tailored entirely to your needs.
